If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, and the item is not damaged and unworn, we are happy to provide a refund or you can exchange it for alternative products.

In order to return goods please contact us. Include a note explaining the reason for the return and details of exchange items.

Please return your goods in original packaging as they were sent to you. The delivery charge on the original order will not be refunded.

We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. Items must be returned within 7 days of contacting us.

For reasons of hygiene, we can’t refund or exchange any earrings. Please note that we cannot refund or exchange goods in our sale.

Items returned to us that arrive damaged or lost will not be credited. Goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no cost with free delivery. Please inform us of any breakage within 3 days of receiving the order.
